How to use
1. Keep the bottom of the cuff 2-3 cm from the elbow and keep the gas nozzle on the inside of the arm.
2. The middle of the cuff should be at the same height as your heart.
3.①Sit on a chair as shown in the picture, and do not lean forward or bend your body.
②Take 3-4 deep breaths before measuring. Relax your shoulders and arms.
